Looking for precinct judges for November 8th

The pay for an official precinct judge was $100 for the last election.
We are looking for registered Republican(s) willing to work at a precinct polling place on Election Day. If you are interested, please email or call Precinct-18 Vice-Chairman Steve B. 726-8670.
Depending on whether the Governor is Democrat or Republican, either one or two Republican judges get paid $100 . Since Bev Perdue is a Democrat, then this time only one Republican will be paid at each polling place.
There is also a great need for volunteer poll workers and poll observers. Poll workers check voter registration names of voters at the door. Poll observers simply watch the process and make sure the integrity of the election is preserved. This is the cornerstone of free elections.
